On November 17th, RCWIB and RCNPN hosted the annual Education for a Brighter Future event! Held online over Zoom, the event consisted of speeches from the wonderful panelists, networking, and a chance for students to ask questions.

We heard from the executive members of both clubs, as well as learned so much more about the non-profit sector- including details of how applicable it is in the real world and how many opportunities exist in the area.

This amazing event showcased organizations who work within the non-profit sector focusing on job training and education. Guest speakers from the non profit industry spoke on their experiences on this sector.

Not only was the online format of the event convenient for all to attend , it was also a fantastic opportunity to meet and interact with our Rotman Commerce community. It was especially a pleasure to meet students interested in RCWIB and beyond!

At RCWIB, we had a fantastic time helping orchestrate this event with RCNPN — and we hope it was as impactful for the attendees as it was for us! We can’t wait for our upcoming events!
