Revathi Advaithi

CEO of Flex

To continue our Notable Women Series, a series where we introduce female leaders and entrepreneurs from the global world, local community and the UofT campus, this week we wanted to introduce Revathi Advaithi! ✨

Revathi Advaithi is an Indian-born American business executive. She is the CEO of Flex and an advocate for women in STEM and in the workplace. Ms. Advaithi assumed the role of CEO in 2019 and is responsible for architecting the company’s strategic direction and leading it through a transformation that is defining a new era in manufacturing.

Flex Ltd. is an American Singaporean-domiciled multinational diversified manufacturing company. It is the third largest global electronics manufacturing firm- and through the collective strength of a global workforce across 30 countries and responsible, sustainable operations, they deliver technology innovation, supply chain, and manufacturing solutions to various industries and end markets.

Advaithi plays a key role in the production of everything from complex electronics to household goods. In its fiscal 2022, Flex’s revenue rose nearly 8% to $26 billion, despite ongoing supply-chain challenges related to the pandemic and Russia’s war against Ukraine. Credit for the strong results goes in large part to Advaithi’s strategy of focusing on growth markets and strategic categories. She is part of Forbes ‘50 over 50’ list of entrepreneurs in 2022.
